Lex Explore legal journal invites all academicians, research scholars, lawyers and the law students to publish their original & unpublished manuscripts via the Lex Explore. Lex Explore accepts the following categories of work: -
Submission of Research paper: -

Research
papers must be of 3500 to 8000 words, excluding the footnotes.
·
Research
paper must reflect the theme on which research has been done by the authors.
The authors can follow any research method in their research paper. The
research paper must focus on the specific problem i.e., socio-legal issues or
any other topic which has some relevancy in the legal field. The research paper
must be accompanied with the genuine suggestion by the authors.
Submission
of Article: -

Article
must be of 2000 to 5000 words, excluding footnotes.
·
Article
must reflect the topic chosen by the author. It should focus on the socio-legal
issues or any other issue which the author deems fit and has some relevance in
the legal field.
·
The
article must be precise to the point from which the readers can get the insight
knowledge and can open the new perspective on the selected topics.
·
For
Article only one author is allowed.
·
Format
of the article must be same as the research paper except the abstract (abstract
is not necessary).
Submission
of Case Commentary: -
·
Word
limit for case commentary is from 1500-3000 words.
·
Case
commentary is the critical analysis of the court’s judgment where the author finds
some relevant point of argument on the given judgement.
·
For
the case commentary only 1 author is allowed by this journal.
· The author must follow the format same as the article format.
Submission Guidelines
General Instructions:
·
The research paper must include an
abstract
·
Abstract must not exceed more than 250
words.
·
For a research paper up to 4 authors
are allowed by this journal.
·
The research paper by the authors must
be original, unpublished and genuine in nature. The research paper must not be
in the process of pending in any other journal.
·
The research paper must be free from
plagiarism. If the research paper found to be a plagiarized then it will result
in the violation of the submission guidelines which further may result into the
disqualification from the publication of the research paper by this journal. Plagiarism up to 15% is accepted by Lex Explore.
·
The research paper must not include
any type of defamatory words, objectionable content or contempt which may
result in the loss of others & the authors must also adhere and follow the
copyright and any other rights before submitting it’s work to the journal. If
any dispute arise due to the research paper then the whole and sole
responsibility fall in the hand of author and he/she will be liable.
· The journal advice's the authors to follow the proper format as described by the journal.
Format of Research Paper
·
The first and the foremost page of the
research paper must include the topic on which research has been done &
further name of the authors followed by the abstract shall be included.
·
The main body of the research paper
shall commence from the 2nd page of the paper.
·
Author shall use the TIMES NEW ROMAN
font style, font size- 12, with 1.5-line spacing.
·
Footnotes: - font: TIMES NEW ROMAN,
font size: - 10, with line spacing of 1.0.
·
No other font style should be used by
the authors except Times New Roman.
· The authors must follow the blue book 19th or 20th edition method for text and footnotes.
